chip. It is on natural stone and i am using acrylic. any other ideas please throw them at me.

you have to put a coat of polyurethane or lacquer on them you will have to put several coats so they will hold up in the weather. you can also get varnish in a spray can to spray them go to the paint dept. at your local Wal Mart.

use oil based paint as it wont come off and varnish it after it stops chipping make sure u use weather proof paint/varnish all gd paint stores do em or try ur local garden centre

Acrylic will peel regardless, it shrinks and swells with temperature shift much more than an oil-based paint.
Use oil and clear varathane it after.

i used an acrylic sealer on mine. comes in a spray can
