As a wrestler I know a lot about weight. You should run while wearing sweats everyday. Do as many situps and ,pushups a day and eat good food. Also a big one is to drink as much water that you can a day. Water makes you lose a lot of weight. Good Luck

5'1" and 114 pounds and you think you are fat? Seriously, take a good hard look in the mirror and use your own common sense and not what others say. Kids are mean (some never grow out of it...) but don't let SOMEONE ELSE tell you who YOU are!
Please, please. please look inside and see the wonderful qualities you have inside. THOSE are what counts and someday those boys your age will grow up a little and realize it also. (I promise!)
Even if you were overweight (which based on your height and weight you aren't), there is so much MORE to a person than their outward appearances. Let's face it - would you rather spend time with a cute guy who acts like a total jerk? or an average looking guy who is kind and funny and caring? (here's a hint: the cute guy impresses others, the kind one impresses you....)
It takes boys longer to figure out the answer to that senario (they are more visually focused than we are, it is genetics) but you don't have to sit around waiting until they do. Show them what a good friend you are - how funny you are - how supportive, kind, helpful, loyal, and trustworthy you are. One REALLY lucky guy is going to be the first to figure out what a catch you are! :)

i think the best way is to excercise. Often times dieting can become an obsession and is dangerous especially since you don't have much weight to lose. I lost a bunch of weight by cutting out soda, and not eating anything after dinner(preferaably eat dinner before 7pm. For excercise i found that riding a bicycle a couple miles every night worked out great. plus it's not too tiring and boring. if you like sports consider playing basketball or something a couple times a week.

You seem to be in the healthy.... Your weight seems to fit right with your height and age. on this web site(below) will tell you what your BMI is and if your overweight or underweight. as for your friends, you shouldn't compare your self to them, everyone has different body types. but i do suggest to run daily and do a couple of sit ups every night nothing extensive but this is only to stay health, keep in shape and tone up.... i hope this helped

you are 114 lbs! that's skinny in america! if you still think you're fat, don't go anerexic. start working out and eat healthier, but i really think your problem is people putting you down. you should slap anyone who calls you fat. it is rude, and uncalled for.

exerscise crunches really do help! go running! lay off sodas and sweets. LOTS of fruit! dont eat less eat diff. foods : )
