At the top of answer screen, there is a box where you can search for already asked questions. I got my info from this question (it is too much for me to type here). In the "Search for a question" box, type "Hi, joined this site yesterday and don't know how to get a picture like other users."
This should pull up the question and its responses. Read Answer #2 - this provides all the info you need. I recommend printing this out to refer to it later. Make sure you create your Yahoo! 360 account.
