If this concern gets greater, you should see a therapist to help with self-esteem issues.
As for worrying about your self-image..... everyone in the whole world worries about that. Just to different degrees. Men worry too!
If you think you just need to start excersising or something similar than it would help if you got some kind of support (A friend with the same goals to help motivate you.)

since youre still very very skinny you dont need to worry, a little weight is nothing and mgiht be actually good for you. you'll look fine in a bikini. if anything to stay fit just start running or joing a club.

OMG me too!! I'm not fat right now, im pretty skinny. but i gained like 5 pounds since the last time i aws in a bathing suit, and i'm scared of what i'll look like. So right noww i'm trying to workout and look/ feel better before my next swim. ABS!!!

Send me a picture and I wil tell you. :) But seriously, it's all about confidence, you may have gained some weight but chances are that it's not noticeable. Ask a good friend to tell you their opinion that might help too.

don't be so concerned about it. it is probably just your imagination thinkin that your fat and u need to lose weight. that is the path to annoreixia (sp??). it can lead to many damages to the body. be more concerned about other things other than your weight especially if u say u are really really skinny. just enjoy life! lol!

put on your bathingsuit and face your fears!
most likely you will look hot.. or like you need to eat something if your as very very skinny as you think you are!
then get over with the typical stereo type female and start to be yourself!

u shouldn't do anything cuz it doesn't matter what other think of u. just be yourself cuz that's who u are. or if ur really worried then ask ur friends and family i'm sure they'll help u. i should know i may be smart and nice but i can also be wacky. when my friends say i'm worried i don't care and tell them i know that. be who u are and don't be who ur not.

running, and sit-ups to tone up... im sure if you are skinny then you cant be too fat from gaining weight...
