Tricep dips. Back to the settee, hands on seat lower b*m to floor and push back up using arms (not helping by lifting body). The further your feet ar away from the settee the harder it is. Also tricep press ups hands under shoulders and elbows in to side of body. Sorry can't think of any bicep ones apart from making your own weights from empty 2ltr bottles filled with water or sand. I'm just back from Body Pump at the gym (lifting weights in aroutine set to music) brilliant

You don't have to have weights to work out. Use bags of sugar, flour or larger cans as wieghts. Also, you can buy resistence bands for less than $20.
But, biceps have two heads. One nearest your elbow on the outside of your arm, the other is larges extended from the shoulder. Curls from different angles are good.
Triceps have three heads, two from the elbow and one from the back of the shoulder that connects to the two other muscles. doing push ups partially work the triceps. Dips (find a chair and put your back to it. crouch down to it so your arms are extended behind you. Then dip down with your knees and raise yourself back up using your triceps.). Also, (kickbacks) bend over at your hips and lock your elbows at your waist. then extend your arms backward. your triceps should feel this.
Look on MSN.com (fitness) for more form details. but use items in your house as weights.

Tricep dips are good. All you do is stand with your back to a chair seat, put your hands on it and stretch your feet in front of you, then dip up and down. For biceps , try filling a large bottle of water ( 2 litre) and do your curls like that. Good luck

To slowly increase the muscle get a tin of food and act as if they are dumbells. It is more gentle and not as effective as weights but this can be better because it allows you to determine how toned you want to be without getting totaly ripped (Unless thats what your going for)

You can get these strips called ankle wights or wrist weights, just srtap them on wherever its- be it your wrist or your upper arm, - choose a weight which is as heavy as you can manage, and keep em on all day-
come a month later, reep the differences.

you don't need heavy weights, so a couple of bottles of water will serve the purpose, or tins of food too.
