I want to know what is a rounded teaspoon. There are also heaping teaspoons and levelled teaspoons. What the heck is the difference between the three?

A rounded teaspoon is when you simply put the teaspoon in whatever you are measuring, and don't level it out, or scrape the access off the top.
So the measurement is 'rounded' to the eyes.

Hope this helped!

A HEAPING teaspoon is as much as it can possibly hold (a mountain of whatever)

A LEVEL teaspoon uses a flat surface (such as the back of a knife) to take off anything that is above the sides of the teaspoon. If you look across the top of the spoon, it is full to the level of the sides without anything sticking up higher than the sides.

A ROUNDED teaspoon has a bit more than a level teaspoon but less than a heaping teaspoon.

Rounded would be less than heaping. Your recipe sounds very "forgiving" on the quantities or it would say something else. A level teaspoon is where you take a flat edge across the top of the spoon and level the top. So, in increasing size - level, rounded, then heaping is the most.

You probably will have to bake them a little longer. You will also have fewer cookies since you will be using more dough for each cookie. I would bake them at the same temperature but once you reach the time for the smaller cookie size start watching them and take them out when they appear done.

One that is heaped up.
A levelled one is one where the contents is level with the spoon, not piled up.
A round is the same as a heap.
