You can get Efile software alot of different places: Turbotax.com, hrblock.com, irs.gov.
You cannot claim your marriage expenses.
Since you wife isn't a U.S. or resident alien, she doesn't have a social security card, I'm guessing. Without a social security number, you WON'T be able to electronically file your tax return. Your only option would be to mail in your return and leave the social security number blank for her. And to be honest, I don't know if the IRS will accept that. It's worth a shot.
If the person lived with you the entire year and has income below $3,300, you could claim him.

If you have any questions about filing without a social security number for your wife call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040.

You cannot deduct marriage expenses.
You can file "Married filing jointly" for 2006 even if your wife did not work.
You probably cannot claim your friend if he is getting a check for his disability.
You can probably use Turbo Tax or one like it free online.
