Where to find primary classical Roman documents?

Question

I need to find some Roman documents for school. In particular, it would be nice to have some primary sources for gladiator battles, observations of conquered peoples, and descriptions of their technology and roads. I'm having a lot of problems finding any Roman documents that aren't in Latin, so if you answer with some documents please make sure they're in English. Thanks everyone.
