I want my hair to look rough and shaggy at the same time?

Yeah, I'm a male and I need a shampoo & conditioner that can make my hair LOOK rough and shaggy at the same type. My hair is currently loose and the strands are flat.

Help please?

Talk to a stylist in person. I wouldn't trust anyone's anonymous answer here, which could really mess up your hair. But I do think that is a really great look for men these days.
