Try setting at least 3 different clocks with different sounds. One of them should be a clock radio with the sound turned all the way up. Set it on a very loud station also. Place this radio where you will have to get up to turn it off, not right next to the bed.

A loud alarm clock which plays music. Set it far away from the bed. Then you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Or you can buy a digital timer and plug a lamp into it. Set it for the lamp to turn on at the hour you need to rise.
