¿Ella nos vá a comprar una bolsa?
Just remember to use both question marks "¿" (opening) and "?" (closing) because in Spanish are needed both of them in order to respect the grammar.
Regarding the second case, your translation is correct but you need to know if you are speaking to the second person in a polite way or informally:
¿Ella LE vá a comprar una bolsa? (you = usted - respectfully)
¿Ella TE vá a comprar una bolsa? (you = tú - informal)
