My fiance is from Italy and wants to get married there because most of her family being there and she claims it is romantic. I want to get married at McDonalds in New Jersey and have the reception there. My wish is to be married by Grimace himself and serve Mountain Dew and hamburgers with the hope that the Hamburgler will not crash the wedding. She calls me an idiot and says I'm selfish. Who is right. Price is not a problem as we can afford to go anywhere. I think McDonalds is sufficient.

Maybe you should re-think the whole wedding idea. Why would you want to marry a woman who thinks it is more romantic to go to Italy when she has to chance to have a wedding reception at a McDonald's in New Jersey? What is wrong with her?

You must be joking!
MacDonalds is not romantic. Surely getting married in Italy would be more exotic, & romantic, besides the food would be better without a question.

LAMO you are acting like an idiot. It would be funny to see that happening though. But just think she is going to be your wife and why not let her have this day and what she wants.

If you want any peace in your marriage, you need to let your bride decide on the place for the wedding.
