hand to hand combat: Boxing
Your feet. Learn the boxing step. You lightly shift back and forth from each foot; putting your weight on the left and then taking it off and putting it on the right, and vice versa, repeating over and over. You'll look a little like jogging in place. When your opponent strikes you move away (back, left, right) by stepping in that direction and placing your weight on that foot. Once there, resume the step.
hand to hand combat: Street Fighting
When you're fighting a person on the street it is all about unpredictability. You don't know what he is going to do and he doesn't know what you are going to do. However, since you are in real danger constantly moving would make seriously watching your opponent difficult, whether your body is moving which impairs your vision, or you are moving your hands around (wax on wax off?) which takes concentration. These movements impair your ability to focus. And focus you must, street fights are either "slow," where you begin by staring each other down and badmouthing each other, or FAST where there are suddenly fists and feet going everywhere and you don't exactly know who's won until someone is on the ground and not getting up. so for street fights you don't move unless it is a necessary move, I.E.- strike, block, dodge, etc.
hand to hand combat: Wrestling/Grappling
My experience in grappling is pretty limited, but I would think that your only constant movement is the moves you make to either pin or incapacitate your opponent. In grappling there is always an arm that needs to be pinned, or a necked that needs to be viced, and sometimes an appendage that should be broken (depending on who you are grappling with).
In general, constant movement without purpose is dangerous. It gives the martial artist the idea that his/her energy is expendable. Move only when you believe that particular movement will bring success or extend your training. All other motion is a waste of time, strength, focus, and energy.

The only thing that should constantly be moving is your mind. Moving body parts just for the sake of movement is wasted energy. If you are proficient in your skills, you don't need to move until your opponent presents a target.
I guess your lungs should also be moving since you should continue to breathe.

Circle your opponent. He can't hit whats not there. Keep stepping to the left or right. If you are an orthodox fighter circle to the left. Throw hooks to pass there hand gaurd. Then fake a low round knee bringing their hands down, then go for a thai clich. Knee the **** out of them then guillotine the hell out of ur opponent.
PS: that is what i did in the last fight i was in at school.

That's a tough one to narrow down to just one part. If you don't move your head it's going to get blasted, which is never good. if you don't move your feet, you're a sitting duck. If you don't move your hands you'll never block or hit anything... See what I mean, it aint that simple. You gotta keep your eyes open, your mind sharp and focused, your head on a swivel, your feet never in one place for long, and your blocks, punches and kicks flowing.
When you can't do those things effectively anymore you retire.
