You are underweight for your height. I suggest exercising to tone your legs. If you lose 10 lbs it will not come from your legs, specifically. It is healthier to tone what you've got than to expect unrealistic results from losing weight that you need to be healthy.

Hi. I am 5'7.5 and your age. I used to be your weight, but I dropped almost 15 pounds. Now, I weigh 110. My doctors told me I was underweight. I think that you are very normal and very healthy. You have nothing to worry about. Since my weight loss, I have not had my period in 6 months. Make sure you do not get into the same circumstance I did!

You are actually under weight -- you should weight around 135 or so at your height. If you want to lose weight in a specific spot you need to do some toning, not lose weight. You shoudl try Yoga or Pilates.

your bmi is 19.6
overweight is 25-29.9
underweight is 18.5
normal is 18.5-24.9
youre nowhere near overweight!!! ur just the right weight, actually.
dont try to lose 10 pounds, cuz then ur bmi will be exactly 18, which is underweight and not good for your body. just keep exercizing and eating right to maintain ur current weight.

You are 5'7". You are definately below weight. Whatever feels healthy (not sounds good) to you would be a good start.

first off its sounds to me like u don't need to lose any weight i think its gross when girls are to skinny i think it looks healthier to be healthy looking then being all skin & bones
