We did not come from monkeys!
We didn't come from apes either! you people know nothing about evolution

Even elephants can swim

And in case you haven't noticed, we're pretty good at climbing things too. Not as good as monkeys, but better than a lot of animals.

If we use to spend all our time in the trees than why can we walk up right. Its because of adaptation and evolution. We adapted to our new enviroment and evolved so we could survive. The same goes for swimming.

Monkeys can swim. Elephants can swim. So what? The ancestor to man and monkey can trace its history back to fish. I have heard they can swim too.

I saw lions swimming on Animal Planet the other day and everyone knows lions hate water.

Probably the same reason.

I wonder if monkeys have the same problem that black people have?

Water has a specific gravity of 1.0.
White people have a specific gravity of about 0.97.
Black people have a specific gravity of about 1.02.

This is the reason you never see black olympic swimmers. They don't float. (It has to do with their bone density and large pelvis.)
