I live with my boyfrind and he's great
he's trust worthy, considerate andhe treets me well but I'm just not happy with him
I kind ofput myself in this position and I shouldn't have done that
he really cares about me and I know it would kill him if I broke up with him but I just don't have much feelings forhim
should I break up with him?
if so how should I do it?

I was in your boyfriend's position about a year and a half ago. I was as good to the girl as anyone could be, and we were about to move in together (from different states, but we had gone to college together, relationship was over 4 years long). However, right before the move she decided that things weren't going well enough and ended it. I was crushed, but it didn't take me long to realize that it was better that way. You wouldn't be doing him any favors by staying with him if your heart isn't in it. I'm sure he'll be hurt too, but you're just wasting his time otherwise. Cut him loose as gently as you can, explain that as tough as it is to believe, you're actually doing him a favor.

I have the same problem except im married. 1 year now and I just cant hurt him by spliting up. but I dont want to waste my life or his either.I think it better to just go ahead and do it its best for both but easier said then done.

Just say "I'm really sorry, but this isn't working out. I'm sorry if I hurt you, but it's unfair of me to keep going like this." Yea he'll be upset and sad, but he'll bounce back.

You have to leave.

There is no way of doing it without upsetting him so you are best just to do it as quickly as possible.
