4*12=48, 672/48=14, 14*14=192minutes = rounded to nearest hour 3hr

it can't be solved. We only know how long ONE pastry chef takes to decorate cupcakes, and not the other three

well one of them is fast, great. the 3 are probably dealing with customers, doing dishes ect so
672 / reality of a running bakery / 1 fast baker = 8 hours. 5 of which are spent being told to make the order already.
