Trendy gifts for staff appreciation day?

Looking to plan my 1st staff appreciation day and need some gfit ideas. I know gift cards are popular but any ideas for something out of the box?
Employees are male/female and range in age from 21-50+

Liquor is always appreciated! How about special "privileges" like coming in late or taking a free day off. That is always always appreciated!

I dont know how much your willing to spend but you might want to hire some massage therapist and have them set up a little station one monday and give everyone a 15 minute neck massage or something.
