Go to start, all programs and lookf or windows update...
go there and then select express install. It will scan your computer and tell you what updates you need for your pc. Repeat this process several times. Once all your expess installs are done, select custom and see what custom updates are recommended.

Check out this site. http://autopatcher.com It is free and works perfectly. I am up to date with my system. I also have IE 7.0 AND Windows Media player 11 installed. Those are a whole other ballgame though. ;)

download from microsoft or you can probably find it on the cover disk on some computer magazines. Saves download time.
