If the couple really love each other, it's both of their days. The groom's family will still be focusing on the groom anyways. It's a huge day for both of them. That or the bachelor party, I suppose. I don't really want to think of it that way, though.

I always thought that the concept of it only being the bride's day was ridiculous. It should belong to the couple as a whole. The wedding night should also belong to the couple as a whole. But consensus seems to be that the wedding night belongs to the groom. I looked forward to the night more than the actual wedding myself!

The wedding is for both bride and groom. My husband was every bit a part of our day and planning of it -- I was a little nervous but I even let him pick out our wedding song!
When your walking up that isle take a great long look at that handsome man up there waiting for you -- he's just as nervous as you will be.
Include him in the world wind of it all -- it is the first day of the rest of your life with him ... right?

um, a lot of people would say the bachelor party. or you could say the day belongs to the bride, but the night's ALL groom, lol...

The groom's day is the following April 15th when he gets to claim three (3) dependents on his income tax form. :)
