toothpaste sud remove it spread it on lip , leave 10 mins,wash off,stain gone.

How about washing the rest of your face with the Kool-Aid? Then it will not be just a mustache anymore.
Sorry, that was not helpful. Try a make-up remover or a lotion-based face wash in the area. Try not to rub it too hard with a towel or you will make your mustache-area more red in the process. I would also try putting on a heavy cream or lotion and rubbing it off, lightly with your hand (not a coarse towel). Good luck!

If the stain really is impossible to get off then unfortunately you may just have to continue to wash your face as much as possible until the upper layer of skin cells slough off. Then you will just have redness, but it won't be Kool-Aid red.

Gosh try peanut butter - the oils usually get a lot of stuff off... I'm just not sure if it will work on Kool Aid though. Good Luck!

TRy some baking powder and make it moist and rub it around your lips. If that don't do it get some vinegar with a paper towela nd that shoudl take it off. But try the baking powder first because if you put vinegar on your lips and your tongue licks it ewww.
