You're past due to see another g/f & quit communicating with your ex.
If she continues to communicate with you, excuse yourself politely, even if you need to lie, and hang up.

I think you're doing the right thing. If you're not over her, the best way for you to heal is to continue not speaking with her or engaging with her in any way. In time, if you feel capable of talking with her without letting your emotions resurface, then you can be friends.
She may not realize how much she's hurting you. The next time she tries to call you, answer the phone and tell her that if she has any respect for you, she'll leave you alone until you're ready to talk to her. Then hang up and don't speak to her again until you are comfortable (which realistically may be never).

You need to cut her loose, it sounds as though she has some issues, maybe she has a medical condition that is causing her mood swings, either way you need to just move on. Your right in ignoring her, she may just want her cake and eat it too. Start looking for a different girl to hang out with, not for love but for friendship, you shouldn't try to replace her until your over her.

Separate yourself from her as much as you can. You need to sever all ties in order for you to move your life in a new direction without her. Try to stay away from vices, they can lead to suicide. Weep for her. Cry and get over it. You will find somebody new then constantly reminisce about her for the rest of your life. Join the millions of others who have had the same experience. Life is much too short to let another run your life or mind this way. Get a hold of yourself and propel your life in a new direction.

**I suggest you find activities that will take your mind away from her.** Try bowling, tennis, basketball, anything that would get your attention somewhere else.
I know being without her hurts but that's just temporary. you're so used to being with her that being without her is hurting you. Even if you know it's better to stay away from her. Just give her a last ultimatum that you do not want to be with her and not to call you for ANY reason. Good luck and I know how you feel.

Is she your first love? If so then you'll never get over her, cause you never get over your first love, it's just a fact of life. Try to be friends with her, it's better than nothing. I had a love and we broke up and are best of friends to this day, he's married and me too but still are the greatest friends.

in case you cant end wondering about her, then perhaps you shouldnt of damaged up ? you probable shouldnt hate her until eventually she cheated on you or something. merely eliminate each little thing that has thoughts of you too. Eg. Texts from her that you would possibly want to of kept. images. promises from her etc. start up wondering about yet another warm lady lots to 'replace' your ex sturdy luck :)

GET OVER IT. Ok, get some friends (if you havent any) hang out with them, MEET a new girl and while your talking to her, picture ur x's old face and just say "eww im glad i'm over her" YES "I'M GLAD THAT I, AM OVER HER". Say it, picture her when she is least attractive.

STOP THINKING ABOUT HER!!!!! trust me thinking about a person you loved hurts and makes you want them back. just kick her out of your life, for the sake of you and her. if she still wants to be friends then think about it. do you really want her putting you down?? hope that helped. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Must be a high school thing.
When you get away from her things will be better.
