Nope ur not fat I think those other people are just plain mean and if ur friends are telling u that then they aren't ur friends and if u just say to ur self I look pretty then you'll act better but right now you are telling your self I'm fatt even though ur not and u start to belive your self and the other people. I promise your not fat an dyou shouldn't go on a diet.

Hey, you're not fat.
( I do not mention the fact that I'm 13 and I weigh 96 lbs.)
I know many people who are much fatter. It doesn't matter, as long as you're healty. Do not try loosing weight unless the doctor tells you too. Feel good about yourself.

That does not sound fat at all. 130-160 lbs or more would be fat.
Just eat all veggies, no carrotts, they have too much sugar in them.
No soda's
Just drink water with food all day long drink 2 quarts of water or more per day.
