I was just wondering what every parents childcare to car payment ratio is. So my question is...how much do you pay per month for childcare vs. car payment.
* If childcare is free. please stat that family member watches the child or whatever.
*If u dont have a car or if car is paid off, please stat as well.

My sister pays me $200 a month to watch my 8 month old nephew. She has no car payment. When he turns 1, he will be going into daycare and she will be paying $450 a month.

The Air Force here in Germany charges $400 a month per child. We have 2 children so its $800 a month.
Car payment: Firebird zero (paidoff)
BMW zero (paidoff)
Jeep Liberty $270
Yeah the Air Force doesn't give you discounts for multiple children....it sucks!

i pay $3.50 an hour for part time daycare. the total cost at the end of the month is about $200-$250. my car payment is $255 a month.

I pay 100 a week for my friend to watch my son and I pay 233 a month for 2 cars.

WOW where do you guys live.,.... how do you do it?
In my neighborhood in Toronto, the mom's group that I went to had a class on this. The average child care costs for a child here is $1,800-$3,000/month. This is for either daycare or a nanny. For daycare it is up to two year waiting list.
One woman in my group had to put her child on the waiting list at a few, they take a non-refundable deposit for putting you on that list!!
Mine is only 6 months old....

I have one child and I have two car payments...
Child care per month: $600
Motorcycle payment per month: $300
Truck Payment per month: $300
Jeep Payment per month: ZERO (paid off)

None. Im a stay at home mom and when i need a break my grandmother takes him for a night and she's free.
As for a car, its paid off.

my parents watched my Son for free
as for a car... multi cars all paid off
