I went to a small furniture store at 3:30. They have a sign on the side window that says some where else a try. Come on in we are open. Their closing time is 5:30. I went to go in the door was locked. I knocked and saw a lady there gabbing on the phone I thought she was coming to the door but she sat down in a chair near to the door. She did not bother to even wave to me. I would normal keep knocking if it was warmer out but a 20*F I thought give up and give some where else a try. Should I write a bad review on the web-cite or never go there again.

Thanks for the WRITE word. I was there at 3:30pm. The store closes at 5:30pm. I knocked 3 times three knocks each. I waited for 3mins. It was cold I could not wait any more.

If it makes you feel better to write a bad review, do so. I guess their business is fine with their existing clientele and they probably just don't care - but I wouldn't go back, and other people might appreciate not wasting their time knocking on locked doors in the cold. How rude is that?

A bad review is ok but not as effective as a phone call to the manager or owner! I would call, state the details simply, note the time and date, and briefly tell him/her what happened. The door should not have been locked at 3:30! The worker was just trying to get away with something. Your call will hopefully see this person get in trouble or better yet, fired!

I don't understand your paragraph! What did this sign say? Some where else a try? That doesn't make any sense! Please give more info and I will try to advise you. Did you just knock once (is it possible she did not hear you)? Who are you going to write this review for and where would it be posted?

Yes, I think you should WRITE a negative comment on the WEBSITE. Hopefully you will get the attention of someone who is in charge. Just make sure to spell everything correctly or they may not take you seriously.
....And that should be "thanks for the RIGHT word", by the way
