stomach flue / gastroenteritis /food poisoning ,
hospital bug ( difficeal) and many other diseases affecting the digestive tract , carry these same symptoms ;

loss of appetite
nausea
gryppy tummy pains
cold chills /
elevated temperature
achy joints
vomiting
diarrhea
dehydration
feeling really poorly .

symptoms usually last for 48 hours

you don't ever, want to go there !!!!
