the answer is kind of.....in marijuana there is a combonation of many of psychoactive chemicals called cannabinoids. The main psychoactive cannab is known as delta-9 tetra hydrocannabinol. In an attempt by Unimed Pharmaceuticals to synthesize d-9THC, they came up with the prescription drug Marinol. Marinol contains the chemical "dronabinol." Dronabinol is a lab created version of d-9THC. Marinol is currently in schedule 3 of the controlled drug act. Reports say that it is not as good as puffin the real stuff though.

There is a THC pill called Marinal not sure if thats how to spell it but they gave them to aids patients to help them with nausea. I tried them and they didn't do much but then again I had a very high tolerence back then. I had friends who loved them but it seemed like it was 50 50 on who felt them and who didn't. Im not sure if they are still around this was about 5+ years ago before Marijuana was legal for medicinal purposes.

Yea,Marinol.My dad had to take it for nausea from chemotherapy .
