Well if He shows up in Missouri like the Mormons think then He would be an illegal alien but if like Christians believe He shows up in Jerusalem then its the Israelis issue. Either way it would mark judgement day so he would be judging those who were formerly judges. Makes it hard to prosecute.

H-1B. Specialty occupation visa. Although he could probably go for the O-1, extraordinary ability, if he can get a good Jewish immigration lawyer to go to bat for him.
