Where do I go? I don't have any proof that he's not my child cause I have lost the birth-certifate and ss card.

look in the phone book under government offices. for social security. you will probably have to apply for a duplicate. as for the birth certificate, for a few dollars, you can call the county office where you live and get a new one.

Most states laws say that if you're listed on the birth certificate as one of the parents, you have the right to request a birth certificate.

You can then take the birth certificate to the Social Security Office and get a new card.

Go to the social security office for the SS card. You will have to take you ID with you.

To get a birth certificate go to the health department and get the form to fill out and send it in to the state. It costs 10 bucks well here where i live or check with the courthouse.

oh boy I hope your child is not a victim of identity theft. First I would start with the police. From there I would call Social security and the place that holds the birth records. Just to be sure I would get a new SS # for him.

go to your local court house in the record dept. and get his birth certificate there. go to social security office and apply for a new one. good luck.

You can get his birth certificate in the city hall of the city where he was born {you can call and they will mail it to you as soon as they gat the check}.

Why not call the agency that issues these cards, and tell tehm your situation and see what you have to do to have them replaced.
