All of the websites that I have found are very outdated. Can someone link me an updated website?

Well, despite the fact that they have quite the ugly, old-fashioned website, the best advice you can possibly get comes directly from the horse's mouth, or in this case, the West Virginia Real Estate Commission, the state agency that licenses real estate agents.
Their info can be found at the link below - if you look just a little ways down the table of contents, you'll see the heading "Obtaining a License".
