First of all, she shouldn't want to be with someone who rates her, that's childish...second if he doesn't feel the same way about her and is talking to someone esle, she needs to pull away.Tell her not to be sad, you can't always get what you want...there are many other guys she will learn to like, she's still young, tell her to give it time...let her know she doesn't need him, he sounds really immature anyways. He also sounds like he's getting a bid head, so tell her not to give him any attention, let him come to her:) good luck

An 8 is still high on the scale, she shouldn't be sad that he's talking to someone else, she just has to step her game up and show him that she can do what ever that other girl is doing way better, if she's his best friend she already knows what makes him tick so she should use that as her advantage to win her guy

Tell her not to be sad. He was probably wrong for her. And rating her on a scale from one to ten is rather dumb. Either he cares about her, or he doesn't. Tell her to hold her head high, and carry on with her life. She'll get passed him.

Love is both ways. If your sister is not loved by her friend, there isn't much she can do. Be there for her till she feels better.
