By the way is been working about 6 years with the same company and they know that he is illegal, I reported to the company and they didn't do anything so...I am sure that person is illegal yes...How that person get to work with out a work permise provided from the Inmigration department I don't know that is the job for the company to find out...

It won't do you any good to report it unless they are committing some kind of felony. It might not matter than.
I would like to stop illegals but I am not allowed to. I work for the IRS and we are not allowed to even pursue that issue. Kind of sad that a Federal Agent can't do anything to prosecute an illegal alien breaking US law isn't it?

Call or e-mail www.uscis.gov. That's the immigration website so you should be able to find a phone number there. However, I don't think they'll do anything because I was told unless there's very large numbers of illegal immigrants causing problems that they can't do anything as they don't have enough staff.
I heard that the president pardoned a drug dealer and 2 border agents went to jail for shooting at him, and now the drug dealer is actually sueing the United States of America, so I doubt they'll do anything to the illegal immigrant you mentioned.
Sad isn't it?
