she has always had my back and she might tell on me for stuff i have done what should i do?

If you care talk to her to get her to stop. and if she won't then tell your parents. and why don't you tell your parents what you did before she does. but your parents has the right to know that she is diping.

Its not protecting her if you keep it a secret! I can see your relationship with her- and helping each other out and covering for each other BUT when its something like this- you need to tell her that if she keeps doing it that you cannot cover for her because she is your sister and you care way too much about her to let her hurt herself like that! If she doesnt quit then you need to help her by letting your parents know. She will realize its out of love eventually that u did this. BUT give her a chance to stop on her own before you do go to your parents but definetely tell them! Your doin great!

I am curious to know what dipping is first? Is it legal or not? If it is life threatening- I say no matter talk to her and tell her she has 1 day to tell your parents or you will. Then tell them that you gave her that choice to come clean. And then let them deal with the problem together.

dipping what? I've never heard of it. but if it is something that might damage her brain cells, you should talk to someone. maybe send an anonymous not to your parents..
