If the vinegar doesn't work, try trisodium phosphate; 1/2 cup to 1 gallong HOT water. Wear gloves! You can get the chemical at big box stores or paint stores.

I read not too long ago that Dow bathroom cleaner, Scrubbing Bubbles does the trick.

You might try equal parts white vinegar & water. It's a good all-around cleaner, and not expensive.
