How do I become more in-touch and develp my psychic abilities?

DONT MAKE MEAN COMMMENTS! I just have felt like I've been seeing things before they occer, and sensed a presence around me.

Look at yourself and find what causes emotion. now focus on the emotion. let it reverberate inside of you. Now find another. copy paste. focus on one thing until it becomes perfectly clear. determine how much stress/ pain you can handle then administer it. focus. find a reason to do something and do it don't just do it let yourself do it. Questions like this are easier tpo explain in person. NO, I DO NOT WANT TO CONTACT YOU!!!! Find a mantra, read a book, understand yourself then understand others around you...

Learn to listen and trust yourself. You are not going to be 100 percent correct all the time. Learn to accept when you are wrong.
