Currently, I have been acessed with over $30k in arrears regarding my child support payments. In turn, I have requested an audit to refute this figure; and I need a copy of my income history to satisfy the Courts.

Your copies of your past tax returns should suffice for that. You should have kept your copies for at least 3 years from the filing deadlines or the date you actually filed, whichever is later.

If you didn' keep your copies, you can request an extract of the information on your tax returns from the IRS. There is no fee for this. If you need actual copies of the returns as filed along with all supporting forms, there is a fee of $39.00 per tax return.

yup, you said to yourself... 'i only owe 23k, not 30k; it cant be that much....' and you requested an audit of the account. arrears today are forever.

thats still pretty bad; a HUGE amount.

all you have to do is provide tax returns, for the year(s) regarding the audit, if thats your question.
