More likely fly aways. Herbal Essences has special hairsprays and shampoos for those little hairs.

I'm hoping and praying it's new growth. Lord knows I don't need to lose anymore hair.

.New growth and I notice the frizzies more on rainy days.

i have the same thing, only at the front of my hair. it's just new hair growing. don't worry about it. but they'll get worse if you cut them.. just let'em grow out
