I have many on my nose and on the sides of my nose by my nostrils.

Wash you face every day. If the acne is really bad, see a dermatologist and get a prescription to kill the acne.

Use proactive or acnefree.just make sure you treat the erea very well.Maybe try using a spot treatment with Benzoyl peroxide.But use acnefree or proactive for better faster results.

don't pop them, just keep the area clean, use a cleaner and I tend to use sudocream as it drys them up, and in three days they are gone. just don't keep touching them as they will spread.
