This is a total NO brainer. YOU DUMP.
Don't you let ANYBODY think they own you! He flirts with other girls? Yeah, that's loyal...sounds like a real catch. Checking out your friend? Come on...I'm a guy and I think this dude is a jerk based on your list.
If this is the best you've been treated, then I feel sorry for you.
Go out and find a NICE guy, >NOT< a jerk that you want to fix/change. Also, work on your self-respect as well...that will work wonders.

DUMP... he gets jealous easily, he's interested in other girls, and he thinks he owns you? Are you a pet? No, you're a human... and you deserve better than this guy...
I've been in a r-ship with a guy who cheated on me, was really jealous, and he thought I was his little toy... well, it got abusive (needless to say) and I was terrified of him after a while... and he seemed like the nicest guy ever in the beginning...
This guy has a lot of the signs of a potential psycho, just leave him alone and find someone else...

2. he shouldn't think he owns u (but i need a better description of how he acts)
3.he shouldn't be busy checking out your friends and should be spending more time being faithfull to you

Well it sounds like if you look at your list the should is more of what like about him not what he likes about you then if you but them together he looks at you the same as he looks at others. Of course you like him your with him, but come on there are better people out there that will want to be with you and only you. A guy that is jealous, thinks he owns you and checks out your friends is not a good guy to be with.

Not enough reasons to keep him, but then not enough reasons to dump him either. But then #3 & #4 under reasons you shouldn't are important issues that could grow into something more down the road.
