While checking the tires is a good idea that should show up all the time not only while turning. If it does it to the right check the tie rods, idler arm and the ball joints. Same items for the left however also check the lug nuts and make sure nothing is loose.

Get a Haynes Repair Manual at the local Auto Zone or auto parts store in your area. It will troubleshoot and show you how to fix your vehicle. Also on the Auto Zone site has a section for vehicle maintenance

Vibrating while turning from rear? See if you have posi-traction ... you may be having clutch issues in the rear end....

Front? Would take inspection to see espcially if you are rubbing into something.

where ??- in the steering wheel could be balance or uneven tire wear - balance and rotate the tires
