I highly recommend nutrisystem. It is kind of expensive but they send you 3meals a day plus a dessert. The food is really good and you don't go hungry. Best part is that you lose weight at a realistic, healthy rate so you are more likely to keep it off. I bought it because I had surgery which is keeping me from working out. I lost 10ponds in a week and a half, my boss has lost more than 20 in a month. You don't deprive yourself of anything either, you eat carbs, proteins, fruits and veggies. With all of the diet pills out there you might lose weight quicker but they are not very healthy and we don't know the long term effects.

The fastest and most effective way to lose weight is to avoid fast and fried foods. Avoid soda pop and drink more bottled water to cleans the toxins out of your body. Exercise will help. A mini trampoline to bounce on stimulates all the muscles in your body and is easy to do. Stretching exercises will help to. As far as hoodia goes, I wouldn't get your hopes up. It is suppose to suppress your appetite. That is it. You must be very committed to truely see any results. I haven't used it personally, but had a friend that did and it didn't work for her. I lost 55 pounds taking the advise I gave you and yes I know it is hard to give up the soda, but even diet soda has loads of salt and sweetener that prevent you from losing weight. Good luck.

oo gosh,, please please try loosing wieght the natural way first, because if you take a weight pill and lose all the weight you want and then stop taking it,,, and are not commited to eating the right food and excersising you will gain it back right away. the right way is to eat food in very small porportions or 3 big meals during the day. if you start by eating less and less everyday you will soon be used to eating much less. and the same goes for excersising,, if you walk around each day for a week then add on you wont find excersising to be a challenge. and it will be rather relaxing knowing you lost weight on your own,, and you can brag to your friends,,,, bragging about a pill isnt to impressive!.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Don't use pills, man. They alter your body chemistry and can have all kinds of bad side effects, if they even do anything at all.
Please at least try losing weight the natural way...limit your calories (200-2500/day), go run a mile, lift some weights...
Please just don't use pills. They don't work!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
