I need to remove "J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6" from my computer. When I go to remove the program, everything seems to be going ok at first, then I get this message: Internal Error 2753. RegUtils (fatal error during installation).

I would just leave this on my computer and download another Java, but I need the space. How do I get this straightened out?
Thanks,
Mike

No, re-starting the computer doesn't get rid of it.

Well.......I got an external hard drive. I was able to send info from my computer to it....my computer runs much better. But programs can not be sent to an external hard drive. So, I am still stuck with a dead java program taking up space on my computer ! Anyone out there who thinks Java is great...give me an answer please.

Thanks,
Mike

It seems that some file is corrupted or so. If you restart your machine and then go to the add/remove programs does the J2SE Runtime Enviroment stills there?
