I think it's Salvador Dali you're looking for. I need more information, but he did paint a rather good crucifixion shown from an above perspective, and some very unusual scenes.

Christian perspective: A crucifix is a Christian way of remembering how Jesus died for our sins. Muslim perspective: Jesus isn't the son of God and he's a prophet, he not in any respect died on the go, he become despatched decrease back to God.
