yes...Bulgaria is cheap, but first you have to fly there. Sunny Beach right up (over) from Varna is not too pricey. Food is cheap and hotels can be had for a great deal. For the Caribbean, Domincan Republic is the cheapest. Forget Jamaica, prices are through the roof. Mexico is not too bad either, if you want a cheap all inclusive. If you can get a deal on a flight to Thailand, that is also fairly cheap. Good rooms for around $29.00 per night. However, the cheapest place in the USA for a vacation spot is probably Reno NV. You can get a room in a four star hotel (Peppermill comes to mind) for 39-49 per night. Reno also has many performers. The Who was just there two weeks ago.

Like the answers above, go camping, or rent a caravan, near the beach. Or rent a cottage, in the countryside. You will love it!
Or go to Bulgaria, as everything is cheap there!
