You're at a growing stage, don't worry too much, your body still has a chance for you to grow a few inches and balance things out. But, if you're very concerned about it, you can try running on the treadmill, I run 3miles a day. But you can work up to it. Avoid eating late, cut back on sweets and soda's.

I went from 105 to 140 when I was 14, but I also grew a few inches. It may be that you are storing up energy to grow, since your body is not fully mature yet. 114 is not out of healthy range, so all I'd suggest is to start exercise programs you can stick with, like walking/running, swimming, sports, stuff like that. Do it regularly and your weight should not become a problem later on. But don't crash diet at 14, or else you might stunt your eventual growth later.

Hello sweety don't be so hard on yourself. You don't want to be struggling with this all your life. Like most women I am always on the latest diet, But my advise to you, it focus on what you want amount of weight you want to lose. keep a diary of what you are eating. write down a list of food, that you would normally eat in a day and then go over it, crossing out the foods you know you shouldn't be eating. Give yourself a treat for each pound that you lose, aim for 1-2lbs per week nothing more, if you lose more put down as a plus! give yourself a day off, where you can eat what you want, pick the Saturday or Sunday as your treat day, but don't go mad on sweet stuff OK. just stay focused. I wish you well with this and try to get some exercise too. ...Oh and dont forget dont be so hard on yourself. Take it one day at a time. tinysteps and you;ll make huge changes. Good luck my friend.

It is painful to see you call yourself "fatty." At your age, it is normal for your body to be going through some changes. Your body is developing in ways that will enable you to have children one day and one important health aspect is a healthy amount of body fat. I refuse to inform you of diets as I feel they will corrupt your mind at such a young age. Everyone at any age can benefit from eating lots or veggies and fruit and exercising for 30 minutes every day. This will help even out your body-fat / muscle ratio giving you a more fit look.
Seek counseling if you are constantly obsessing about your weight as this is abnormal and very destructive.

Pick up a sport like soccer or basketball or Cross Country running. If you do that alone you will lose weight and feel great.
