I am more spiritual then religious because I do not follow one set of religious beliefs to the fullest because I have a mind God gave me and why not use it. I love being spiritual. I feel real close to GOd more then I would if I was forced into a religious belief.

Goodness, no. Religion is merely a man-made structure in order to define spirituality and make it practiceable by many. Spirituality is individual.

Absolutely not. People go to church all the time, praising and bowing and amening each other... yet just as soon as they leave, it's right back to the same ol' thing.
I can stand all day in an Auto Shop, but that doesn't make me a mechanic.

Depends on the definition of "spiritual."
If you mean "spiritual" as "one who accepts the existence of souls or spirits," then spirituality is completely separate from religion. One can be atheist and still believe that he has a soul. The pagan Socrates did not believe in God, but inductively proved the existence of the soul. In this case, the answer to your question is "no."
This is not how most people define "spiritual" though. Most people define "spiritual" like "I want to worship God the way I feel like." These people worship God in the way that they want to worship Him -- their religion is entirely self-defined. In this case, the answer to your question is "yes."
Myself, I believe that spirituality cannot exist without religion, and religion cannot exist without spirituality. I hold that God has revealed to us how He wants to be worshiped, and this constitutes our religion. However, God does not want to be worshiped with empty words or actions, but in spirit and in truth. This constitutes our spirituality.

Absolutely not. Jesus often spoke of "those who pray out loud on the street corner, to be seen of men", that it was their religious beliefs and not of God. I don't think Jesus wants us to be religious, he just wants us to know the Father thru him, and love people, the way He loves us.

No, but neither are they totally distinct.
There's more than one way of interacting with a religious icon, for example.
