well obviously its not a good thing.
as long as you dont do it near your son HE should be fun.
if you want to you could try quiitting ive heard the patches work really well. just make sure you dont do it near him at all because it has been proven that second hand smoke can cause cancer.
good luck!

is puff a cigarette??? We all know smoking is bad for us..duh! But people need to be a little more realistic! At least you are smoking AWAY from your child!! You are being a good mom by doing so no matter what anyone else says. Yes stopping will be benificial to your health..as well as your childs (Less chance they will do it later on down the road) But come on now! I know how we need a break sometimes..and if smoking helps you cope..then relieve that stress!

If you ask my boyfriend who is 32 if he thought it was a bad thing that his mother smoked pot all day long while she watched him.
He would say ABSOLUTELY, not only that, it totally scarred him.
That being said for that reason, I dont want her watching my child.
You are impaired and that affects your ability to be the best parent you can be.
Dont get me wrong, I LOVED smoking pot. I think occasionally (like once a month) as a treat, but every day is just bad.
I got a quarter oz from my mother in law as a present and I gave it away so the temptation was gone.
If you really care about your son, give it up.

If it interferes with the upbringing of your son then yes but if not then no it is not a bad thing. Parents drink and smoke so they are putting their life at risk so smoking a but of weed to help you cope is the same thing. Make sure your son can never get access to it. There are plenty of people in my area who are into worse things and that is done in front of their children. At least you are taking it outside

Smoking is very bad for u- ummmmm I also smoke- and I know its a bad habit. BUT I like you never smoke inside the house. I go out to the garage or outside to smoke due to my son and husband. You are being a responsible smoker atleast by not subjecting your family to the smoke so if you need one every so often during the day- go for it- but keep being just as responsible as you are right now! Good for you!

Smoke toxins stay in your breath for 15 mins after finishing smoking, so if your breathing on your son after escaping for a puff then he is passive smoking.
its good that your smoking outside but once you come back in try to stay out of his way for 15 mins, but within a safe distance in case of any emergancys, maybe do a little house work etc just till the toxins, poison has gone from your breath.

No I don't think so. As long as you stay focused and pay attention to what you need to do far as your son. Also you don't smoke around him I am curious where is he when you do smoke. Also you know that you are going to get alot of criticism from so many people. I think you should get rid of stress the best way you can.

I dont think having a spliff outside is a broblem, your not smoking it around your baby, and as long as you are still able to function around him with out feeling that you cant be bothered then I see no harm
in the long road it is better to quit though it is very hard to quit (take it from one who knows) but if the determination is there then it can be done
