GOD. He put the Sun and Moon in place so man could tell time.

actually the human heart think of the second hand now think of the beating of your heart. Something seems almost the same. Now look almost at the sun (NOT DIRECTLY AT IT!!!) There is the first time peice. Booyah, We did have to invent a way to tell time at night....NOT!!! look at the stars when you go outside at night ad look at your watch. go inside and wait an hour... Go look at the stars again they moved. It is this constant motion of our environment that influenced our "time" (That is hy we have time zones...) As for months and years the were determined by the stars. you do not see the same stars durin winter you see during summer. We knew that it was cold then warm then cold then warm then we marked a middle time between hot(summer) and cold(winter) these were the time everything grew(spring) and th time everything died(fall). Nw we have seasons and a bland measurement of time... then we "refined it" and messed it up further... That is why we have leap year and daylight savings time because our measurements are off, wrong, incorrect, ignorant, an educated guess... but Humans aren't perfect so bah!!!

God, however, the 7 days change in Time, A TIME, TIMES, A HALF TIME. These are the first clues.
The second clue is From Abraham until Jesus is 42 generations,
From Nathan to Mary is 42 generations These equal 6 days
The 3rd clue, 6 days of work, 1 day of rest, Jesus said this generation shall not pass until all is fulfilled, TIME of the JEWS
4th clue TIME of the GENTILES fulfilled
5th clue Moses wandered in the wilderness 40 years, until the intire generation died.
6 times 7 = 42 42 times 40 =1680 plus REST = 1960
7 times 7 = 49 49 times 40 = 1960
40 time 7 = 280
Half of 40 = 20 times 49 = 980
Jesus "Seventy time seven"
Daniel 1003530 days divided by 360 days
Daniel 200300 days divided by 360 days
Daniel 100290 days divided by 360 days
Abraham wandered in the wilderness 400 years

It says in the Bible that God created everything in 6 days and rested on the 7th; it's kinda odd that practically the whole world has a 7-day week. I don't think there is anything else to account for it.

The Babylonians as they used 60 as their base for numbers rather than 10. This was because it was divisible by 2,3,4,5,6,12,15 and 20 so made sums easier.

The Babylonians started it, with their obsession with the numbers 60 and 12. The nanoseconds are ours though.
