CNET has reviews from pros and users, with an option to compare:

CNET is not a very unbiased review site anymore. They do not want to offend advertisers and risk losing their money, so give every product a good rating. PCmag is a good review site, but still take what they say with a grain of salt as well. The only site I have encountered that is totally unbiased is maximumpc.com, but they do not review scanners.
