I have no idea, but have you considered designing one yourself? As long as you don't need something HUGE, you could design it in M/S Word using WordArt or in M/S PowerPoint and then take it on a disk to someplace like Kinko's who could print it on large paper for you. You could even throw in some graphics, like a couple waltzing.

I have done something similar where I took the largest word and figured out the largest font size I could use and still get the word on a single sheet of 8.5x11" paper in landscape. Then I printed each word on a single sheet of paper and taped them together on a piece of poster board. That works but is not as professional looking as being printed on a single sheet of paper.
